Searching for birth relatives. Born 4 Sep 1984.

I am searching for any birth relatives, in particular, my birth mother. Born in South Korea 4 September 1984. My Korean name is "Jung, Goo Eun". On my health records, it states that my biological mother's name is "Jung, Hee Eun" and she was 25 when she gave birth to me. My case number is 84C-2363. I was born at the Moon Obstetric Clinic in Samchunpo city of Kyung Sang Nam-do province. My foster mother in Korea until I was adopted is named "Choi, Bok Ja". I was adopted by an Australian couple.
