Waiting on Foster Care License

Me & my husband took foster/adoption training in June 2011. The entire process was very long and drawn out. We finally finished all initial processes last week and are now waiting to receive our license. We are very excited about opening our home to foster care and possibly to adoption. We are somewhat nervous because we know we may go through somethings we've never been through. We are looking to foster ages 0-10. We have 2 grown sons that have moved away from home and a 16 year old daughter who resides with us. We are looking forward to beginning our journey into foster care/adoption. We will definitely look to this site for information that will help us out.
