Hello, Can you please direct me to the best adoption agency or Oregon contacts for our situation? My fianc and I have been in a stable relationship for over two years. Is there an agency that would allow us to adopt together shortly after getting married or allow me to adopt as a "single" person and then allow him to adopt our child soon after the adoption is final?
