Need help-adoption in Bangladesh.

Hi,

No foreign citizen can take adoption according to Bangladesh law. Now (Jan-2013) I am permanent residence in USA and citizen of Bangladesh. I adopted a child on Dec-2012 before I become US citizen. When I will take oath my Bangladeshi citizenship will void automatically. My question is--

1. I took adoption before I become US citizen and followed all the laws in Bangladesh. Do I need to apply for Bangladesh citizenship again???

2. Can anybody tell me how long it does take to get visa after filing I-600.

3. I would like to help a real orphan from a poor country, pls help me giving any suggestions/advises.
