4 more classes to go

Hubby and I have 4 more classes and then we will be licensed. We are looking to do foster to adopt with the hopes of getting a newborn, but we select an age group 0-5 years old. Any thoughts about Ohio and what our chances might be. We are in Cleveland area. :)
