The foundation will initially be providing humanitarian aid to orphanages throughout Ukraine & Romania. We hope to be able to expand our assistance to other parts of Eastern Europe in the future. We look forward to being able to offer our assistance through the Orphan Angels Foundation to those precious little ones who wait so patiently for families to call their very own and those whose fate may be that for one reason or another never be relinqued for adoption, but remain in an orphanage. For those families who are interested in completing an independent adoption, I am working with a wonderful, experienced, professional team of facilitators/translators in Ukraine. Please feel free to visit my Independent Ukrainian Adoption Consultants web-site @ Please feel free to browse our site. I am always happy to answer any questions anyone might have. We will also be happy to e-mail you a free "How to get started on your Independent Ukrainian adoption". My goal is to make the process as easy & as cost-effective as possible so prospective adoptive parents can build their family through adoption. Please note that I am also continuing to work with American International Children's Alliance as Coordinator of their Ukraine program. Because Independent adoption is not the right route for everyone, AICA's Ukraine Program is a great option for those that feel more comfortable using the guidance of an agency. We used AICA to complete our adoption of our daughter, Adriana Noel from Romania, and found them to be very knowledgable & professional. That is why I chose to work with them and coordinate their Ukraine program. They are a great agency to work with. You can e-mail me for information regarding AICA's program or visit their website @ We currently have several families who will be traveling to Ukraine within the next few weeks. I am so glad to be able to share my news with everyone. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to help unite orphaned children with their forever families. I feel as though this is truly the work that I was meant to do and look forward to being able to make a positive impact in the life of an orphaned child.God Bless & Peace,Marie Carvalho :-) (wife to John, Mom to bio Princes Mike 14, Kevin 11, & our Romanian Princess, Adriana Noel, b.10/14/99 Buzau, Romania, a. 12/08/00, home 01/10/01)List Founder & Moderator - Orphans Who Need Homes List http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Orphans_who_need_hom...
