born in 1960 give or take a year ?

Are you still looking for a possible brother? My dad was born and adopted in Flint, but he was born in 1961. He wasn't adopted until 6 months old but was in an orphanage type home about a month after he was born until 6 months. I don't have much more information than this. Do you have more information?
