Your lawyer can get a copy of the decree of termination of parental rights from the process to apply it at the American consulate for visa. This decree is also one of the documents required by the federal police for the childs passport. In case of relinquishment the ғ termo de audincia when the bio parents relinquished the parental rights will make the proof of abandonment. Although, all the relinquishment cases are turning into termination of parental rights after the new regulation.
