Male born Dec 11 1961 looking for BM information or siblings

I was born Dec 11 1961 at the Herbert Reddy Hospital. I was first put in a foster Home and then given back to my mother. After a couple of years it was determined I wasn't getting the best care and was put into another foster home. In 1971 I was adopted by an American family. I am interested in finding my BM's name in order to find possible siblings. I was told one of my parents was a Dutch art student. I believe it was my mother but am not 100% sure. I hold no malice towards anyone and hope to someday learn who I could have been.
