Trying to locate adoption agency

Well I was trying to locate the agencies to see if I can, or they can let the adoptive parents know that I have two boys, and to see if I can get a picture. Anyway I located the one in Texas, but I can not find the one in Florida. How would I go about finding out how to communicate with the adopitve family?
