Sibling Court Order Visitations

DFC and Catholic Charitites (INDIANA)are taking the adoptive parents to CHINS court for our judgeis telling them that this court order means nothing and thatmy to be daughter is probably going to lose her rights to seeher sister. She has been in the system not visiting her sister for 4yrs. Can this be true. This court order signed by the adoptive parents, the GAL, the Judge means nothing andmy daughter is to be devastated by having the only person leftof her family taken from her. Any info you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
