Tupperware allows you to do fundraisers to help defray the cost of adoption. They give 50% of your sales directly back to you.

We also got some help from our church and we did yard sales and some fund raisers. We had to borrow the rest. It just seems so sad that those of us who wish to adopt should have to go into debt with a loan to bring a child into our family. I have been working with some other adoptive parents on an idea of a charitable organization that would accept donated money to be given to adoptive parents to help fund their adoption. If anyone is interested in helping with this or have ideas to help us get started, please e-mail me:

Maybe, if we all work together, we can figure out a way to help all adoptive families!
Good luck to all!
