Hello Everyone:
There are two brand new sections on adoption.com and adopting.org that are similar to these boards The first new section at has the added benefit of answers from therapists, social workers, counselors, attorneys, birthmothers, authors, experienced adoptive and foster care parents, adoption agency directors as well as other adoption professionals. Some are even pioneers in the adoption field. They have volunteered their time to answer your questions at no charge to you. It takes a minute to register and post a question. Join in on the 300 posts that are there so far.
The second new section is just taking off. It is located at I am currently working with experts in the adoption field to come by and answer questions that you may put on to these boards regarding adoptions from 52 different countries. If you have already adopted internationally please share with others what you have learned by posting on to these boards. You may use a nickname of your choice when you register. If you are hoping to adopt from one of the 52 countries listed please feel free to post a question. It is amazing what we can learn from one another. Your post may save another person hours of research or may lend an idea to someone that is in need of information.
Both of these boards are set up to be encouraging online support groups. If you have any questions or need questions answered regarding the functions on the boards you may e-mail Sabra@adoption.com. The Adoption.com family of web sites are in hope that these new services will be a blessing to each of you.
