i was wondering if someone was adopted through an court in missouri, could petition in another court in missouri? i was adopted through the howell county court house in west plains, missouri but now live in st. charles county in o'fallon,missouri. i also would like to know how much it costs to petition the court? please private message me or email me carlwillard65@yahoo.com.

Hi Carl,
I am also hunting for a female adoptee in West Plains, Mo. While
searching the legal notices I came upon some other adoptees. Do you know the
year that you were adopted maybe I can help. I live at Mammoth Spring,
AR, which is only 30 miles from West Plains. I went to the courthouse
but they will not give out any info, West Plains is my home town so if
you have a birthname I might be able to help. Elsie
