Iso Birth Family

i believe that the birth town was somewhere in the Kootney's. And the parents were of Russian descent. I have also been told that they were possibly killed in a car accident that is why the adoption took place. I have doubts with that story so I am doing a search anyone that may have any info please help me. I have been told that the adoption took place in Prince George B.C. or possible\y McBride B.C. about 5 or 6 months after the birth.
