Amyra is a sweet and energetic girl with a contagious enthusiasm for life. Amyra is a natural leader and is creative and fiercely loyal to her family. She is interested in a variety of activities and has many goals for her future. Amyra loves to be outside and enjoys being active and playing in a number of different settings. Amyra and her brother are very close and compete and encourage each other to be the best they can be. One of their favorite activities right now is to ride their bikes outside and practice jumping through hula hoops. Amyra can be shy and reserved around people she does not know, but is quick to speak on things that she knows and is confident in her ability to demonstrate. A forever family is what Amyra and her brother have been waiting for. Her foster family is looking forward to building a lasting connection with her adoptive family to ensure the smoothest transition for her and her brother. His foster family is looking forward to building a lasting connection with his adoptive family to ensure the smoothest transition for him and his sister. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
