Marquis from Virginia

Marquis is an adventurous and optimistic kid with a bright smile and engaging laugh. He is very athletic and energetic. He loves being outside, whether he is playing football, basketball, or soccer, or doing flips on the trampoline. Marquis can ride a two-wheel bike, roller skate, and skateboard. He would be an awesome teammate on a sports team. He enjoys attending sports games and cheering on his friends and family. In his spare time, he often listens to music. Just like any other school aged kid, Marquis enjoys playing video games, watching cartoons, and putting puzzles together. Marquis is a creative child. He enjoys creating art projects and coloring. He looks forward to going to school, and Marquis' teachers share that Marquis is respectful and follows directions well. He is active in completing schoolwork and loves to share what he is learning in school. Marquis has also become a confident advocate for himself, and the future is limitless for him! In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
