At time of delivery, Tammy’s mother wrote a book for her. 21 years later, because of Tammy’s search, the two were able to reunite. Connecting through letters first, this mother and daughter’s in-person reunion is so touching. Years of love and tender feelings culminate as the wrap each other in their arms and begin sharing their lives.
Reunification is both rewarding and difficult. There is not only curiosity and a desire to complete the picture, but usually some fear and trepidation. Healthy reunifications are opportunities to add to life. This is one such reunion.
