A beautiful little girl was left in a Walmart bag, dumped outside of an apartment complex in Houston, Texas. She was just a few hours old when she was found, and is perfectly healthy. It is guessed that she was born at about 36 weeks gestation, and the authorities have named her Chloe.
As the state looks for her biological family, she is also adoptable and a permanent home is being sought for her. Currently in DFS foster care, Chloe’s birth parents are being sought so that a medical history of some sort may accompany Chloe to her new home. At the very least, it is hoped that Chloe’s birth mother will step forward to offer some information. Authorities say they do not wish to press charges, but rather hope for the best outcome for Chloe.
