We asked a handful of birth moms what adoption means to them. For each of them, adoption has been a blessing in their lives and for their children. Which route to take when faced with an unplanned pregnancy is not an easy choice. And many times, birth mothers vacillate – sometimes thinking she’ll parent, and other times believing adoption is best. Although the choice isn’t easy, it is rewarding.
Many birth mothers find that they chose what was best for their child and then are surprisingly doubly blessed when they find they’ve inherited an extended family for themselves. Regardless of the individual circumstances, in the end: Adoption is love.
