As Rosie’s children are adopted, the two of them had a very understanding conversation. They talk of curiosity, medical issues and more. Of course, the sweetest part is Kristen expressing her desire to say “thank you” to her birth mother.
To Kristen, finding her birth mother has nothing to do with needing to be “complete,” it’s about information and gratitude. And Rosie feels the same, as an adoptive parent. She hopes that someday, when her children are ready, she can look their birth mothers in the face and express her deep gratitude.
