Davion Only was born in jail and grew up for 16 years in foster care. He stood in front of a congregation of church-goers last September, pleading for someone to adopt him. His story went viral and a family prepared to adopt him. But the adoption was halted when there was an altercation in the home and he returned to Florida, brokenhearted and embarrassed.
This video segment from the TV show, The View, shares the first part of Davion’s story. Now, just recently, Davion’s caseworker in Florida is as excited as Davion is. She is to become his mom, and he – her son. Davion gets his happy ending after all!
