Korie and Willie Robertson, made famous because of reality TV’s Duck Dynasty, just announced to their Instagram friends and to the world that they are in the process of another adoption. Although they haven’t shared his name yet, they could no longer keep the exciting secret that their foster son (who has been with them since May 2015) would soon be a Robertson forever.

He’s fit in well as part of the famous, gregarious family for months now. Being part of the family has included walking “Grandma” down the aisle at a family wedding. ET Online caught up with Korie to get details on her expanding family. She revealed that their new son is 13 years old and has adjusted well to Robertson family life.

Posting on Instagram with a family picture, Korie shared: “We are excited to be in the process of adopting a new son! He’s been with us since May, but we wanted some privacy and time for him and our family to bond before telling the world (It’s a bit of an adjustment coming into this big, crazy family, ha!)

This is a third adoption for the Robertsons (if you count the unofficial adoption of their exchange student, Rebecca, whom they consider family.) It was just a couple of years ago that Willie shared his feelings about adoption with In Touch:  “I’ve done a lot of cool things in the past couple of years. I’ve met presidents and been all over the world, but I still say the best decision we ever made and that had the biggest impact on our lives was the adoption of our son Will.”

Christian Post reported earlier this week the tender words both Korie and Willie have shared about kids and about adoption. “There shouldn’t be kids without homes … it just shouldn’t happen,” stated Korie. And Willie feels equally called to foster parenting and adoption. “We knew what we were doing was a Godly decision and we were firmly committed to it,” said Willie of their first adoption.
