Harold Charity, Former Felon, Works with His Wife to Become a Foster Parent

More than 20 years ago Harold Charity was convicted of felony drug possession and distribution. But since that time he has been reformed. By law, this conviction prevents former felon, Harold Charity, from ever being certified as a foster parent.

Charity and his wife, Denise, have been trying for more than a year to become certified foster parents. Because of his change of heart and the rehabilitation of his actions, Charity wants to reach out and help children and youth.
