This video shares some real-life stories of kids who have been in foster care. The film’s maker was touched one day when he was “roped in” to a camp situation and exposed to kids who were in foster care. Seeing some of the sad situations these kids were in, he decided to do something about. He decided to expose some of the real life stories in the hopes that loving, responsible adults will step forward and make a difference in these children’s lives.
In this short video, adults who have been exposed to the situations these foster kids find themselves in, share their feelings and specific things that happened as they attended camp. The message of CAMP is this: GET INVOLVED.
