This family’s adoption journey began as a dream and a prayer. It turned to reality when they completed their paperwork, their home study, and then were matched with the child that belongs in their family. Just one day before her first birthday, Ally joined her family. She came from an orphanage in Ethiopia, leaving behind her loving caregivers and the other children, to become a daughter and a sister in a forever home.
Ally is very loved, and very wanted. Being handed an older sister, along with parents, is a gift to Ally. But the family would tell you that they are the ones who are the most blessed. Little Ally’s smile lights up the room and warms their hearts.
