Over a 14-year period, Claudia Asprer fostered 90 children and youth. Queen Latifah recognized her goodness and surprised Claudia with a visit from a few of those whom she fostered. These grown foster kids view Claudia as their “mom.” One foster daughter said, “You are so special to us. Without you, we couldn’t be here today. You opened your house to us and loved us unconditionally like a mother and gave us a shoulder to cry on. You believed in us and taught us to believe in ourselves.” Queen Latifah asked about Claudia’s home cooking. The foster kids miss it, and so Queen Latifah offered another surprise – a brand new kitchen.
