Adeye Salem addresses the decision she and Anthony made to participate in embryo adoption. With her oldest child, a 16-year-old daughter, Adeye talks of the glory of life. The family began the embryo adoption process with an agency who sent them a letter requiring their signature.

It was a letter of release and stated that the Salems would participate in Selective Reduction. That is, if multiple embryos were implanted, and more than two survived, they would remove all but two. Of course, for the Salems, that is really abortion, and they would have none of that. Adeye shares their process in finding the agency that has brought them to the genetic family with whom they were matched.
