A Montana 13-year-old foster boy, McDaniel, is hoping for a home with a mom and dad, a big brother, big sister and some animals. Sometimes known as “Dan,” he is an artistic type of person, but his real passion is law enforcement. Dan hopes to be in the military right after high school, then continue on with his life serving Americans as a police officer. McDaniel misses his old family and hopes that a new one will bring to him a bit of cheering up. He says that a family that includes animals will do the trick.
