Just a few days away from implantation date, Adeye Salem talks about her family’s journey of embryo adoption. Having experienced multiple traditional adoptions, the Salems are used to hearing the opinions that others share with them. They truly appreciate the support of friends, family, and even strangers.
They’ve learned to ignore negative comments, knowing that, in reality, God’s opinion is what matters most. But in their large family, Adeya and Anthony do listen to and talk with their children. In the end, what matters to the Salems is their faith. It is their faith that has led them to embryo adoption, and it is their faith that will take them through pregnancy, or failed implantation. Either way, they are at peace.
