There are 10 times more children in institutions in Ukraine than there are in England. They are Ukraine’s forgotten children.

In this documentary, we are given a glimpse into what life is like as a Ukrainian orphan. Although everyone has rights, including orphans, many of the children who grow up in institutions end up losing choices.

There are non-profit agencies all over the world working to help orphans. In Ukraine, the bit of money the government has is being spent in places other than on helping Ukraine’s forgotten children. This video takes us into orphanages, where we are able to see how the government seeks to care for its disabled and orphaned children.
