Adoptee Nancy Gilbert, 23, has been searching for her birth mother. But she hasn’t succeeded in her efforts, even after posting on social network sites. With the cyber world willing to help, there have been numerous “shares,” but now Nancy has now turned to the local news station. Having narrowed her search to this area in Tennessee, Nancy’s hope is that some people might view this news video and have some information that could lead to finding her birth mother.
Nancy does have a few clues: She knows she was placed in a foster home in Atlanta when she was two weeks old; she knows her maternal grandfather was in the military; and she has a ring and a letter that her birth mother sent to her.
