Adoptee Shares Her Positive Views On Adoption

She understands the frustration, but she also knows she can choose a perspective.

Denalee Chapman March 30, 2017

Meet Rani Mullane. Rani is an adoptee who feels passionate about life. She is shouting out to the world that even if there is pain in adoption, there is the flip side as well. Healing “is not going to come from a room with a group of people complaining about your pain.” Then she said, “if you want to change your energy, change your attitude.”

Coming from an adoptee who doesn’t know her birth family, who experienced early childhood trauma, and who has grown up away from her birth culture, Rani knows what she’s talking about. She understands the frustration that comes from being released by her birth parents. But, she also knows she can choose a perspective. In this video, Rani urges others to do the same. Definitely worth watching!
