The East Valley Tribune recently interviewed Karen Hoffman-Tepper and Zain Tartir, two women who helped to found Gift of Adoption, a non-profit organization that aims to ease the financial burden of adoption for hopeful parents.
Their desire is to help families who are in the process of adoption but need a little more money to lift them to where they need to be financially to finalize their adoptions. Their grants range from $1,000 to $7,500.
Hoffman-Tepper and Tartir know from experience how taxing adoption can be, both emotionally and on the pocket book, and they want to reach out to help make life a little easier for these good families who are working so hard.
Applications for grants are welcome and can be completed on Gift of Adoption’s website.
