Birth Moms Are Superheroes

This sweet little boy explains why.

This video by made me proud to be a birth mom.

So many amazing one-liners in this video. The best is when he says, “Not every mother can be a mom, and not every mom gets to be a mother … but maybe, every once in a while, a mom and a mother will find each other and join hands and be for the other what they can’t be for themselves.” ARE YOU CRYING YET?

Every birth mother and every adoptive mother should absolutely watch this video.

Birth mothers are incredible with the choice they make (if i do say so myself) and Adoptive mothers (especially those who maintain an open adoption) are incredible for accepting that child as their own.
