Known in the media as “Michael” he now speaks out for the first time after being rescued by police two years ago from his abusive foster home. The officer found Michael handcuffed to the porch with a dead chicken tied around his neck. The foster parents released several dogs on the police officers, but they rescued Michael.
Michael was tortured – sometimes in a planned way, sometimes without warning. Michael continues to have nightmares that his foster mother (who has been released from prison) will find and kidnap him. To protect his identity, Michael’s voice has been changed and his face hidden.
