The Texas Adoption Resource Exchange (TARE) helps match adoptive parents with children awaiting adoption. Their website includes photos and information about adoptable children. The process is not complicated. Simply create an account and a family profile with TARE to inquire about individual children or sibling groups. Those living outside of Texas may also inquire, but are encouraged to first get approved in the state in which you live.
In addition to all the information one needs to foster or adopt in Texas, TARE shares success stories that are touching and encouraging.
