What if the “Up” couple had adopted?

A fun fan video explores the possibility.

Denalee Chapman November 21, 2014

Depicting how it might have been if Rapunzel had been adopted by the couple from the Pixar film “Up,” a movie fan created an entire photographic story of their life together.  Set to happy music, this video reinforces the great joy of adoption.

Perhaps the most famous movie about adoption is Annie.  Remade many times, the newest version will be in theaters Christmas 2014.  But other movies with adoption themes include Juno, Losing Isaiah, and The Blind Side.  Whether taking a negative or a positive spin, when adoption is highlighted in movies, awareness in increased.  And the more people become aware, the more children will be placed in loving homes.
