Brother to five adopted siblings and one biological sibling, 16-year-old Paul Capuano pitched to his parents the idea of biking to promote foster care and adoption. Nearly a year ago, the family adopted their five foster children, all ages 5, 6 and 8. The idea is for the kids to bike ride all over the state together.  As they do, they hope that the public will become aware that bringing children into their home, whether for a short time through foster care, or permanently through adoption, will not only help children in need, but can also be a great blessing to the family.
