From the time they met, this couple always planned on adoption. Yet once they married and began their family, adoption slipped to the back of their minds. It wasn’t long, though, until thoughts of adoption began to creep in again.

Piles of paperwork, home studies, fund raising . . . it was time-intensive, but it was all doable. They were placed on a wait list. Family and friends helped with donations. And then their hope came through. Their daughter was found—they were matched.
