To raise awareness, the #NotKnockedUp Campaign video was created. The idea that unless you’ve experienced infertility, you will not know the multitude of emotions felt by those who have. And so, in this 2 ½ minute video, those suffering from infertility openly share exactly how they feel.
One in six couples is infertile. But there is hope. Medical advances are exponentially being made, and other options are opening up. Medically, now available is embryo adoption, donor egg programs and more. Resolve.org is The National Infertility Association which was established in 1974. Their mission is to improve the lives of men and women living with infertility. Resolve.org will put you in touch with both peer-led and professional-led support groups. Online support groups are also available. Resolve also provides information on adoption, medications, surrogacy and more.
