This is the second in a series of videos created by the Pennsylvania Foster Care System. Pennsylvania foster teenagers were given an opportunity to share their real feelings about foster care, about life, and about their hopes for a forever family. All of these teens believe they will someday be given a chance at a loving family. The kids interviewed each other and enjoyed sharing their beliefs, their hopes, and their dreams. Although each of their situations are unique, they share similar feelings of needing to be needed and hoping to be loved.
