An Open Adoption Story: The Duncans and Dixons

Have you seen this?

Denalee Chapman December 17, 2014

Will Duncan says that all of the healthy relationships in his life are “open,” so it makes sense that they have an open adoption. This video shares both sides: that of the birth mother and the adoptive parents. Jordan Dixon delivered twins with the Duncans at the hospital, but they were home with them for two months before they knew this family would stay intact. There were some concerns that the adoption might now go through, but now, all concern is gone, and Jordan Dixon and her extended family are part of the Duncan family, too, all because of open adoption.
