Video: Stillbirth Through a Mother’s Eyes

Have you seen this?

Denalee Chapman July 09, 2015

Whether you have experienced a stillbirth or not, this video will speak to you. This video was created to help nurses, physicians, midwives and others who work in maternity wards to understand the emotional side of stillbirth.

Meant as a training video, this is also a video for friends and family. It is for anyone who needs to know how to help parents who are dealing with or have lived through a stillbirth. The grief and bereavement is something that cannot be completely understood by those who have not had the experience. How the world can keep moving, how life goes on–it’s incomprehensible. And yet it must. But not without sympathy and care.
