Two 5th grade friends from Georgia teamed up to collect books and donate them to Necco’s Foster Care. Virginia Everett and Carson Willcox have a forged a strong friendship through reaching out to and serving others. Part of the League’s Bags for Buddies Drive last year, the two friends have held many drives this year, which has resulted in the accumulation of over 1,000 books.
The Necco Resource Center is focused on building families. They do this through training and education as well as providing foster and adoption care. The organization holds several events throughout the year to help support individuals and families.
