- Case #Gerald
Siblings Ginger and Gerald were born in September 2002 and August 2000 respectively. Both are healthy, though Ginger has mild pulmonary stenosis, and developmentally on target.
Gerald and Ginger are described as sociable and radiant teens who are not aggressive, but need to still improve their impulse control. They communicate well, seek contact and approval from adults, show stable attention, good memory as well as developed imagination and thinking. Both children attend school regularly, but struggle a bit with the academic material. Gerald's favorite subject is language arts while Ginger enjoys math and geography. They like to spend time with friends, go out, and watch TV. When he grows up, Gerald would like to be a reporter as he likes to feel connected to people and to be around others.
The siblings share a close and positive bond and wish to be adopted together. Ginger lived in a foster home for a few years and wishes for a forever family. Gerald described adoption as a rebirth for the child, a new chance to be happy and to overcome the circumstances that fate has dealt the child so far. These siblings have beautiful smiles and need the love of a family to show them more.
