Collin from Virginia

Collin is an energetic, loving youth in his pre-teens. He aspires to be a rapper when he grows up and enjoys making his own lyrics to rap songs. One of his originals is "Collin, Collin, CR, I'm a rap star". He would love to have his own DJ set one day. He would love to live in a mansion and drive really nice cars. Collin enjoys riding his bike and rollerblades outside with friends. He takes pride in his appearance, his hair and clothing, specifically. He wants to grow his hair out to where it can be tied back in a ponytail. Collin is recently interested in drawing and tracing, with his subjects often times being aliens. He plays video games and feels he is pretty good at them. Collin enjoys 1:1 attention from adults and an ideal day for him would be to spend 1:1 time with a trusted, caring, and interested adult who will interact and play with him. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
