Grayson from Virginia

Grayson, born 2012, loves to listen when others read aloud to him. Grayson can communicate through body movements. Grayson smiles when he is talked to. He can follow sounds with turning his head toward the sound. He loves toys and anything that makes sounds. While at school, Grayson is engaged in recreational time. Grayson enjoys recreation time, specifically activities that foster his gross motor skills. His spirit is like no other, and the rewards of his love and smiles will be endless. Grayson has overcome many obstacles in his life, and the special family for Grayson must be willing to learn how to meet his needs and be willing to accept a lifetime commitment. It is important that Grayson remain in contact with his birth mother. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
