Syncere from Virginia

Syncere is an endearing, young boy in elementary school. He is very communicative and active. He has a high energy level. Syncere thrives off one-on-one attention and engagement. He works best on tasks when he is hands on and has a physical element and has a bright imagination. Syncere connects well with children older than him, and he is accustomed to pets, such as dogs. He forms bonds with male adults easily. He can also be a self-advocate to trusted adults. Syncere's interests include Marvel superheroes (and villains) such as Iron man, Black Panther, and Thanos. He also enjoys watching videos and dvds. Syncere is a joy to be around when he is in a good mood and can bring a smile to anyone's face. As a result of becoming close with him, he will show a sweet and caring side of himself. Syncere has a truly one-of-a-kind personality. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
