Susan talks about her experience as a birth mother, getting pregnant at a young age, and delivering her baby boy at age 16. She grew up in a home with alcoholic parents and searched everywhere for love.
When her parents found out she was pregnant, her parents encouraged her to get an abortion. She refused. When her son was born, he was immediately taken away. She had no opportunity to choose adoption, nor to bond with him.
Years later, Susan reunited with her birth son. She also became an adoptive mother of two Korean children. Susan’s life turned to joy when she was blessed to mother her children.
